His primary responsibility is to oversee the growth and development of ministry throughout Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont. FCA’s Northeast Region is also strategically partnered with Canada FCA, where he passionately supports FCA’s development through FCA’s PRAY, GIVE, GO strategy. This week the FCA podcast has Brian Lane joining our hosts. Brian served as the interim head coach for the Gordon College lacrosse for the 2019 season, taking over the program in October of 2018 before officially taking over the program in the summer of 2019.
Prior to returning to his alma mater on a full-time basis, Lane worked as a program director for the Northeast Arc in Danvers, Massachusetts from 2016-2018. While his primary job was at Arc, he also served as a part-time goalkeeper assistant for Gordon’s men’s and women’s lacrosse teams in 2016 and coached youth and high school programs for Tribal Lacrosse and Danvers High School.
Lane graduated from Gordon with a degree in social work in May of 2015 after having been a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse team.
